my sis and her colleagues watching this. in office. which is ard her working area, when they are suppose to be working. crowd around a desktop somemore. lol.
guess that's the only entertainment working people gets.
anyway
was suppose to watch forbidden kingdom with sis yesterday. a lot of ppl say not bad, then meryl told me that i wont like it, based on her analysis of my character. i agreed, based on my character. i was "forced" to go watch, there was no movies better to watch.
had emergency meeting after sch, so my sis said meet at bishan. before that she said ps, got free ben n jerry ice cream. so in the end when i reach ps n called her, she sounded so surprise when i said i was at ps. abt 1 hr lor, from rp to ps.
lucky she still in ard her wrking area.
so we went up to get tickets. she have $2 off voucher. then they told us can only be use for selected movies. movies like sex is zero, awake, definitely maybe etc. i want to watch awake... my sis want to watch chickflick
IN THE END, we holding up the Q, so i got fedup and said don't want watch already la, and walked off.
wasted.
we Q-ed for ben n jerry's ice cream aft that. thank goodness i'm q-ing with someone. otherwise i wont even bother. the q was so long, it went upstairs.
but the q was worth it. free ice cream. ben n jerry somemore. haha
my sis was asked to be a maid of honour of her not-so-close-anymore friend. and she dont want to.
i was totally confused. why is she telling me this? then i replied matter of factly, then u want me take over u ar?
so she was telling me long ahma story, y she not close anymore etc. but i just cant stop thinking abt the word "maid"
oya, her intention of telling me that, is to "make use of me".

how to reject being a maid of honour of someone u r not close to anymore without hurting their feelings
1. "i'm busy" is an excellent excuse. most of the time.
but not when the wedding is like 1 year later...
2.ask urself: how many times u r bridemaid before.
if the answer is 2, like my sis. then the perfect excuse would be marriage superstitions.
"pai seh ah, i already 2 times bridemaid liao. as u know la, 3 times bridemaid=cannot marry out"
this shall be ur last time, she says
"HELLO! i don't even want to be close to the number 3 la..."
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
3. there is runaway bride, so there also can runaway maid of honour. hahaha. ok that's lame...
as listed, i told my sis.
guess what she said... give me something more practical.
come on, #2 is workable.
had our very first film ig meeting today. a lot of noobies. oops, i meant newbies. i dunno, but they all look old.
food was awesome, drink was... mango. it's mango syrup. i was suppose to buy it b4 gg home last night, totally forgotten abt it. so in the morn, was hoping carrefour to be open. in the end... i bought it at a mama shop near mrt.
姜还是老的辣 haha.
scary sia, dunno what to say to juniors. i c that the rest of the teams are having fun, but mine are a collections of quiet ones. haix. i tried my best to enthu, but...but... like no use 1.
