watched kungfu panda with sharon and pearlyn yesterday. my first 9.15pm show :o ended ard 11+pm.

funny? ehhh, if i'm under 12, yea.
cute? very
visual stunning? yup
storyline? hmmm...
like it? nope

the cast was wow, u've got holloywoods biggest name in it, yet they hardly speak. i know jackie chan was monkey, but the only time i heard him say anything is "oww, kabish, heya" ok, i really dunno how to spell sounds you make when you fight. did he even have a line to say?
they have so many experts making this movie, sound, animations, visual experts etc. they made the most colourful and visual stunning, very realistic animation, but the script... almost everything is predictable, i only like the ending when they fight. the rest was meehh~

maybe it's a chinese thing, i crack up everytime someone says "master oogway" *turtle in chinese is wu gui* they say it in an ang moh accent.

feels like this movie is trying to please china or something. but at least scriptwriters did some research before writing, give them credit for it.
but i still feel this movie is overrated.

pearlyn likes this movie :O who's the little kid now lol!
sharon shares same sentiments as me.
as i travelled to meet them, there is this girl whose shirt writes: "it's hard to fall when you are kneeling"
wow, nv thought of that before.

when i reached home, it is ard 12am. i went into my room to check computer, then my bro came in and asked where am i going? =.=""""""
'i'm going clubbing'
'what?'
' you self absorbed person, i just came home la...'
then he made a lame face and left.

if my calculations are right, he should had reached home by 7pm, 7 to 12 is about 5 hours. 5 hours he didn't even notice i was not at home?! unbelieveable. next time he comes home, i shall asked him where is he going? and when he said he just got home, i shall say o really? i din notice...

tv to watch
pushing daisies is a new drama/comedy series about a guy who is able to bring back the dead. and he uses this 'power' to solve murder cases. quite a nice show. every sunday night, channel 5.

channel u is showing wishing stairs, korean horror movie this fri,1130pm. hope i dun fall asleep before it starts.
the trailer really spooked me. there was one part where the "ghost" walks on 1 leg like ballerina tipping toes, but in an awkard position *shivers*

welcome
God :D
